Step 1: Application

    • Required: Complete one Family Application per family.

    • Required: Complete one Student Application per student seeking enrollment.

    • Required: Pay the $150 Application Fee per family. (Please note that this fee is fully refundable if your family does not receive an offer of admission).

    • The above steps are to be completed concurrently.

Additional details:

    • The family application will require that you list someone in leadership at your church that we can contact as a family character reference.

    • Each incoming 1st grade and higher student application will require one letter of reference from a teacher, principal, or an academic mentor.

    • The grade level cutoff date is September 1 of the Fall semester (kindergarten students must be age 5 by Sept. 1; 1st graders age 6 by Sept. 1; etc.)

    • Application processing can take as much as 4 weeks depending on the season. We are unable to process incomplete applications.

Step 2: Learn about North County Classical

Additional details:

    • Informational Meetings are the best way to find out more about our academy. There you will have the chance to hear about the NCC vision, meet founding members, and ask any questions you may have.

    • The NCC Information Packet provides more details than we are usually able to provide during an Informational Meeting. If possible, interested families should review the Information Packet before attending the Information Meeting.

Step 3: Family Interview

If you have attended an Info Meeting, and your completed Family and Student applications suggest a good fit with NCC, you will be invited for a family interview. Family interviews will include both parents, the child(ren) applying to enroll in NCC, and 2 to 3 board members and/or staff.

After the family interview, NCC will review your application materials and provide an admissions decision within 30 days.

Step 4: Enrollment

Upon an offer of admission, an invitation to enroll will be extended along with instructions for how to enroll online and pay the $400 per family enrollment fee.
